We create software and services to enable research in targeted areas of multiscale biomedical fundamental and translational research. Our current research and development efforts focus on building, disseminating, and improving with the community tools, simulation packages and flexible cyberinfrastructure. Our efforts are driven by three interdisciplinary biomedical applications. The software and data sets provided on this web site are freely available to the academic community and are in many cases open source.
